How to use

Lentils are the oldest pulse known to man and one of the earliest cultivated crops. A staple in Lebanese cuisine as they are versatile and nutritious. Red lentils are the fastest cooking lentil and offer an abundance of nutrients, including protein, iron, magnesium, zinc, vitamin A and B. They are delicious when added to stews, soups and salads. When combined with grains, like rice, they form a complete protein and, hence, an excellent substitute of meat in vegetarian diets.
Our premium quality red lentils are sourced from an agricultural community in the bountiful Bekaa valley and their cultivation encourages biodiversity and soil fertility.
