Description

Characterized by its vivid orange color, the split red lentil is your ally in the kitchen for its easy use and its nutritional benefits. Rich in proteins, magnesium and iron, red lentils are easily digested and make a great alternative to meat or fish. As a result of their high fiber content, they regularize the intestinal track.
Unlike other pulses, split red lentil are easy to use and don’t need to be soaked. They cook in less than 20 minutes.
