This is an exquisite blend of Chardonnay (20%) and Viognier (80%). Grown on the rocky soil of the Bekaa Valley at an altitude of approx. 1000m, these grapes have been cultivated organically giving a flavorful and concentrated fruit. A very light wine that delivers high notes of acidity. It offers delightful aromas of fresh green pears and apricot that develop under a round and structured body. A great wine to drink with fish and seafood. Best served chilled (around 12C).
