Pastafrola
Ingrédients
- 350g of shortbread
- 400g of “Terroirs du Liban” apricot jam
- Butter for the mold
Procédure
- Preheat the oven at 200°C (th 6-7).
- Grease the mold with the butter and spread the shortbread. Cut all the excessive shortbread in slices.
- Spread the “Terroirs du Liban” apricot jam on the shortbread.
- Place the cut slices on the tart to form crosspieces.
- Bake for about 30 minutes.
- Chill before serving.
