Pour the vegetable oil into the bowl with the flour and yeast and continue mixing. Add the anise and clove infusion, then the molasses and orange blossom water.Mix until you get a homogeneous and smooth paste.
Pour the paste in a mould (square or rectangular) then sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
Bake in the oven at 180⁰C for 30 min.
Let the cake cool, and then cut into squares. Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
