Grilled Steak with "fleur de sel"
- 1kg steak slices to grill
- Fleur de sel (five spices) “Terroirs du Liban”
- Black pepper
- Take out the meat from the fridge 30 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to maximum power and brush with a little oil.
- Put the steak slices on the grill.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side to reach desired roasting.
- Remove from heat and season with pepper and fleur de sel with herbs.
- Serve with roasted potatoes.
