A little water room temperature - to dilute corn starch.
1 cup of water room temperature.
1/2 pack of frozen shish barak by “Terroirs du Liban”.
4 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons of dried mint.
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Salt.
Procédure
Mix corn starch with a little bit of water (a little less than a 1/3 of a cup) and dilute it well. Add diluted starch over yogurt and mix well while still cold.
Put the yogurt mixture over low heat, add the cup of water and salt then mix frequently (every 2 to 3 minutes) to avoid decomposition. Once boiling, add frozen shish barak over yogurt and continue mixing until cooked.
In a side saucepan, heat olive oil then add garlic and mint. Mix for 2 minutes then add them over yogurt, mix all ingredients and serve hot.
