Hummus & Turkey in Oat Bread

Ingrédients

  • 1 oat bread.
  • 2 slices of turkey.
  • 2 tablespoons of “Terroirs du Liban” ready-to-eat hummus.
  • 1 piece of cucumber pickle by “Terroirs du Liban”.
  • 1 piece of shredded lettuce.
  • A drizzle of olive oil.


Procédure

  • Spread hummus over bread then drizzle a little olive oil.
  • Add turkey over hummus. Slice the cucumber pickle and place over turkey. Add the shredded lettuce.
  • Roll the oat bread and cut into bites as appetizers or eat whole as sandwich.
