Hummus & Turkey in Oat Bread
Ingrédients
- 1 oat bread.
- 2 slices of turkey.
- 2 tablespoons of “Terroirs du Liban” ready-to-eat hummus.
- 1 piece of cucumber pickle by “Terroirs du Liban”.
- 1 piece of shredded lettuce.
- A drizzle of olive oil.
Procédure
- Spread hummus over bread then drizzle a little olive oil.
- Add turkey over hummus. Slice the cucumber pickle and place over turkey. Add the shredded lettuce.
- Roll the oat bread and cut into bites as appetizers or eat whole as sandwich.
