Our Producers

Our producers are the prime source of our premium quality, always fresh products. Mostly women cooperatives and micro to small enterprises based in rural regions, our producers are dedicated to safeguard Lebanese culinary heritage and traditional know-how. They maintain high-quality sustainable production by treating the workers, products, land, community and our planet with the utmost respect and care.

All our producers operate under Fair Trade principles, and as Terroirs du Liban, we help empower them and develop their production by offering technical assistance and capacity building. Together with our producers, we are able to provide a taste of authentic Lebanese cuisine, with consistent quality and commitment to international standards.
