For 2 glasses

Ingredients:

• 86 ml vodka
• 70 ml lemon juice
• Zest of 2 lemons
• 110 g simple syrup
• 24 ml orange blossom water
• 48 ml rose water
• Ice

Preparation:

1. Mix the lemon juice and zest with the simple syrup, the orange blossom water and the rose water.
2. Let the mixture infuse in the refrigerator for 15 mins.
3. Take the mixture out and add the vodka. Fill 2 glasses with ice and pour the drink using a small strainer to remove the zest.
