- 25g zaatar premium qawzah
- 60 ml olive oil
Preparation:
- Sift flour, salt, sugar and mix.
- Add olive oil.
- Dissolve the yeast in a bowl of warm water, then add to the mixture.
- Leave the dough to rest for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour and knead the dough.
- Roll out and score the dough with your fingers to form hollows.
- Mix zaatar and olive oil in a bowl.
- Spread the zaatar mixture over the dough.
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Bake for 6 min.
